AUSINYL DN

AUSINYL DN by Greenchemicals is a nucleating and mold release agent. It is an additive which when compounded into polyamides dramatically affects the crystallization rate. It provides short cycle times, good mold filling, good flow of the melted PA and an important dimensional stability of injected articles without the need for additional additives. Its physical form permits a very easy addition, the dosage of a sole product, a lower possibility of mistakes and to obtain granules not greasy, not dusty, free flowing, transportable by pneumatic systems, without obstruction of filters, wind-cones. Recommended usage level of AUSINYL DN is 0.15-0.20% in PA 6.6 and 0.30-0.40% in PA 6.
