Santoflex™ 6PPD Liquid by Flexsys is an antioxidant and antiozonant. It exhibits protection against fatigue degradation in both static and dynamic operating conditions. It provides rubber protection against catalytic degradation by copper and other heavy metals.
  • It offers stability with a wide range of solution and emulsion polymers.
  • It imparts excellent high-temperature fatigue-, flex resistance and ozone protection.
  • It is less affected by environmental variables such as heat or leaching leading to greater durability, due to its specific molecular structure and higher rubber solubility.
  • It is highly compatible with natural and synthetic elastomer compounds.
  • It is suitable for use in pneumatic tire components, solid tires, belts, hoses, cables, automotive mounts, bushings and general mechanical products.
  • It provides protection from ozone damage in applications exposed to continuous or intermittent dynamic operating conditions.
  • It complies wth TCSI, TSCA, AICS, DSL, ENCS, ISHL, PICCS, IECSC, NZIoC and KECI.
  • Santoflex™ 6PPD Liquid has a shelf life of 24 months.
