ELVALOY™ AC 2116 Acrylate Copolymer

Supplied byDow- Last Updated on Sep 19, 2024

ELVALOY™ AC 2116 Acrylate Copolymer by Dow acts as a compatibilizer. It offers higher thermal stability versus EVA at similar comonomer content and no corrosive by-products versus EVA. It exhibits enhanced dispersion and distribution of functional fillers.
  • It provides compatibility with PE recycling streams, polar and non-polar resins.
  • It is easily processed on standard equipment used for low density polyethylene.
  • It is suitable for processing by coextrusion, blown- and cast film extrusion.
  • It is recommended for plastic compounding, waterproofing membranes, wire and cable systems.
  • ELVALOY™ AC 2116 Acrylate Copolymer complies with TSCA, EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS), EU Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE) and FDA 21 CFR 177.1320.
