Deoflow® S

Calcium salt of saturated fatty acids and amide-esters. Acts as a zinc-free and water-free lubricant and dispersing agent. It provides improved filler dispersion, reduced compound viscosity and increased flow properties of the compound, without any significant influence on the vulcanisation characteristics. Deoflow S is added at the beginning of the mixing cycle to obtain optimum dispersion and less sticking. It can also be added at the end of the mixing cycle or during warming up of the finished compound to obtain the best release effect. Used mainly for molded products and rubber compounds which are sensitive to interference caused by the presence of water and zinc contained in the processing aids. Can also be used in various elastomers. Recommended to be used at dosage of 1-5 phr.
