Licocare® RBW 102 flakes VITA by Clariant acts as a lubricating and dispersing agent for thermoplastics, biopolymers, selected thermosets and epoxy molded components. It is a polar modified wax based on renewable resources. It is based on non-food competing crude rice bran wax. It adds shaping flexibility and smoothness to plastics. It fulfills numerous highly demanding requirements set by transportation, electrical and electronic industries. It offers excellent gloss, self-shine and protection properties. It provides external and internal lubrication. Licocare® RBW 102 flakes VITA is an easy to emulsify grade with low drop point and viscosity. It exhibits improved melt flow, low mold release force, high processing stability at elevated temperatures due to its superior thermal stability, low volatility and migration. It shows the effective dispersion of fillers and pigments at low concentrations. It possesses reduced rejection rates, enhanced surface finish, low metal content, better mechanical properties, constant output and controlled unit costs. It has been awarded the OK compost INDUSTRIAL certification by TÜV Austria Cert GmbH and OK biodegradable SOIL certification by TÜV Austria Cert GmbH. The minimum shelf life of this product is 2 years.
