NM-2T by ChengDU Silike Technology is an eco-friendly, anti-abrasion masterbatch. It is a pelletized formulation with 60% UHMW siloxane polymer dispersed in EVA resin. It is an upgraded version of anti-abrasion MB NM-2 with a better quality of siloxane and higher siloxane content. It is suitable for EVA or EVA compatible resin systems to improve abrasion resistance and decrease the abrasion value in thermoplastics. It has no influence on hardness and color. It imparts good processing performance and appearance to the final product. It is designed for the classical melt blending process like single twin/screw extruders and injection molding. It is suitable for PVC soles. Recommended usage level is 0.5-5.0%. NM-2T has a shelf life of 24 months. It is effective for DIN, ASTM, NBS, AKRON, SATRA and GB abrasion tests.
