LYSI -401

LYSI-401 distributed by DKSH is a siloxane polymer masterbatch. It is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in low density polyethylene (LDPE). LYSI-401 is widely used as an efficient additive for PE compatible resin system. It improves the processing properties and surface quality, such as surface slip, better resin flow ability, mold filling & release, less extruder torque, lower coefficient of friction, greater mar, scratch and abrasion resistance. It can be used in classical melt blending process like single/twin screw extruders and injection molding. The dosage level of this additive is 0.5-5% (w/w). The shelf life of this product is 24 months.
