LYSI -302C

LYSI-302C distributed by DKSH is a silicone masterbatch. It is a pelletized formulation with 65% ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA). It is widely used as an efficient additive for EVA compatible resin system. It improves the processing properties and surface quality, such as better resin flow ability, surface slip, mold filling & release, less extruder torque, lower coefficient of friction, greater mar, scratch and abrasion resistance. It also enhances stability. It is used in classical melt blending process like single/twin screw extruders and injection molding. The dosage level of this additive is 0.5-5% (w/w). The shelf life of LYSI-302C is 24 months.
