Viton™ FreeFlow™ 10

Viton™ FreeFlow™ 10 by Chemours is a fluoroelastomer-based, processing additive. It offers process improvements in all types of polyolefins including HDPE, low density polyethylene (LDPE) and LLDPE. This additive offers elimination or minimization of surface imperfections (e.g., melt fracture) and reduction of die pressure & build up, power requirements & temperature. It provides increased output (at constant die pressure and temperature) and improved properties when narrow dies are used in place of wide dies to reduce orientation. The shelf life of Viton™ FreeFlow™ 10 is 4 years, at storage temperature below 27°C.
