Teflon® PTFE DISP 40

Teflon® PTFE DISP 40 by Chemours is a PTFE dispersion stabilized with a non-ionic surfactant. It also acts as an anti-drip additive for plastic. It provides stability at high temperatures, excellent weatherability, non-stick characteristics and higher shear stability for improved mixing and processing. It offers excellent dielectric properties and lowest coefficient of friction of any solid material. It is used as binder for battery anode or cathode matrixes. It is a FDA approved grade. Teflon® PTFE DISP 40 is suitable for cast film for capacitor dielectrics or chemical barriers and impregnated packing made from braided fibers for severe chemical and thermal service.
