Atmer™ 100

Atmer™ 100 by Cargill is an anti-fogging additive in PE and EVA food wrap film. It migrates to the surface of the polymer where it helps to lower the surface tension and subsequently reduces water droplets allowed to condense on the plastic. It is suitable for polymers such as LDPE and LLDPE.

• It is designed to prevent hot and cold fog formation plastic.
• It helps condensed water droplets spread into a thin, uniform transparent layer on the film surface.
• It maintains film transparency and supports consistent light transmission through packaging.
• It improves visual appearance and visibility of packaged food by preventing internal fog build-up.
• It is suitable for polyethylene mono-layer films used in food packaging applications.
• The recommended addition levels are 0.5-4%.
• Atmer™ 100 offers compatibility with multiple polymers and different film processing requirements.
• It has a shelf life of 730 days.
