DISPERBYK® -2157 by BYK is a VOC free and solvent free wetting agent and dispersing agent for PVC plastisols. It deflocculates pigments and stabilizes both organic & inorganic pigments by means of steric hindrance.
- It offers non-floating coloring in pigment blends, enhances enhances gloss & coverage, reduces the pigment paste viscosity and improves long-term storage stability.
- Recommended dosage level is 2-5% for inorganic pigments, 1-3% for titanium dioxide, 5-30% for organic pigments and 5-30% for carbon blacks.
- Complies with RoHS, EU Directive 2002/96/EC (WEEE), EU Directive 94/62/EC (Packaging Waste) and CONEG Toxics in Packaging.
- Shelf life of DISPERBYK® -2157 is 36 months.
