BYK®-W 9011 by BYK is a solvent-free wetting and dispersion additive for SMC, BMC and pultrusion to reduce the viscosity of fillers & pigments in LP and LS systems as well as in highly filled epoxy formulations. Suitable for low-emission formulations. It is cost-effective alternative to BYK®-W 9010. The recommended level is 0.5-1% additive (as supplied) based on fillers/pigments for wetting & dispersion and 0.25-1% additive (as supplied) based on the resin in BMC for viscosity stabilization. It is listed in EINECS, TSCA, PICCS, ENCS, NZIoC and ECSI. It is in line with EU Directive 2011/65/EC (RoHS 2), EU Directive 2002/96/EC (WEEE), EU Directive 94/62/EC (Packaging Waste) and CONEG Toxics in Packaging. It complies with REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006. The shelf life of this product is 36 months.
