BYK-MAX LS 4121

BYK-MAX LS 4121 by BYK is a safe, easy to handle, dust-free, granulated UV stabilizer for use in polyolefins to increase the UV stability of films, fibers and tapes. It provides excellent UV stability to PE products and articles with a high surface area. It has a very narrow additive content specification for reliable and constant anti-UV performance. It provides long-lasting UV protection. BYK-MAX LS 4121 is recommended for extruded and injection molded articles made from resins like HDPE. Also, used in ropes, carpets, non-woven materials, crate, garden furniture and automotive bumpers. The addition level is 1-4% additive (as supplied) based on the total formulation. It can be added via volumetric or gravimetric dosing units during processing in all extruders, blow molding and injection molding machines. The shelf life of this product is 12 months.
