GRAPHCORE™ 01 GEM X23M by Black Swan Graphene is a graphene-based nanoplate that acts as a filler. It is supplied in masterbatch form as 10%. It is manufactured using a patented liquid phase exfoliation process incorporating 3% wt non-ionic surface agent. and compounded using twin-screw extrusion. It can enhance impact resistance by approximately 20%.

• It is recommended for use in automotive industry for bumpers (fenders), interiors, battery casings, molding, compounding and general packaging applications.
• It improves tensile, flexural, and impact characteristics when diluted with polypropylene.
• It enhances mechanical properties up to 30%.
• GRAPHCORE™ 01 GEM X23M recommended dosage level is <10% (equal to 1% GNP loading) and 1-10% in the final product.
