Elastocyl™ HTV1003 by Birla Carbon is a silicone masterbatch loaded with 10 wt% of Nanocyl’s multi-wall carbon nanotube (MWNT) NC7000™. It is a high-performance vinyl terminated silicone HTV (high temperature vulcanization).
  • Offers high anti-static or dissipative performance.
  • Possess high tinting power and excellent electrical conductivity at low loading.
  • It has large compound formulations flexibility which can be adjusted to other properties while maintaining high conductivity.
  • Designed to demonstrate the impact of optimized carbon nanotube (CNT) dispersions on elastomer performances.
  • Possess homogeneous CNT dispersion which enables enhanced property development and allow customers to fully leverage the benefits.
  • It is compatible with conventional filler systems which reduces the need for extensive reformulation and accelerates the customers product innovation.
  • It shows full compatibility and functional dispersions into the silicone elastomer matrix.
