WB -640SP

Water-based. Similar to WB-640, but contains a small amount of solvent enrichment to speed drying at ambient temperatures. May also be used on warm molds. Will not interfere with secondary bonding. Application: Spray. Increases melt flow index/reduces resin viscosity. Faster cycles. Easy mold release. Improves dispersion of color and filler. Easy cavity fill. Better wetting of reinforcements. Eliminates stress and flow marks. Improves cosmetics surfaces. Clean parts, ready for finishing. An effective addition of an internal lubricant will not have an adverse effect on the physical properties or secondary operations such as decorating, printing, bonding or plating.
