4,4’ Dioctyl diphenylamine
Supplied byAvalon Chemicals- Last Updated on Jan 7, 2013
4,4’ Dioctyl diphenylamine. Acts as antioxidant and corrosion inhibitor. It is generally used for all elastomers; specially purified for many non-staining and moderate discoloring applications such as cables, foot ware, flooring, gaskets, bicycle tubes and tires. Recommended for polychloroprene since it does not promote bin scorch to the extent caused by other antidegradants. Can also be used as antioxidant and corrosion inhibitor in silane and siloxane synthetic lubricants.
