Clearstrength® E-922

Supplied byArkema- Last Updated on Nov 6, 2025

Clearstrength® E-922 by Arkema is a methylmethacrylate-butadiene-styrene (MBS) copolymer grade. Acts as an impact modifier. Offers good impact resistance even at low temperature, low temperature toughness, ease of processing, good thermal stability, and good balance of physical properties such as dispersion. Compatible with polycarbonate, polyesters and a variety of polycarbonate blends particularly PC/ABS. Clearstrength® E-922 is recommended for use in automotive applications, and electrical & electronic components. It permits low-temperature impact retention of low-viscosity resins while minimizing its influence on other physical and mechanical properties. It is designed for use with conventional compounding techniques. Recommended loading levels range from 5 to 15%.
