Biostrength® 280 by Arkema is an acrylic core shell transparent impact modifier. It increases impact strength of polylactic acid extruded, calendered, blow molded, 3D printing and thermoformed articles. It is designed to increase toughness of PLA while maintaining clarity. It maintains low haze in PLA. Recommended use level of Biostrength® 280 is 2% to 6% by weight.
