Akrosperse® VC-40/EPR/S by Akrochem is a polymeric dispersion of an organic di-alkly peroxide. It acts as a catalyst for a cross-linking agent for polyolefins like PE, EVA and synthetic- and natural elastomers. It encompasses a safer compromise of scorch and cure rate, due to its half-life. This peroxide is noted for its safe processing and curing temperature. It is easy to handle polymer-bound dispersion providing better uniformity of mix at low temperature, upgrade plant safety and quality. This masterbatch contains EPR as a binder. Akrosperse® VC-40/EPR/S has a shelf life of 12 months.
