Akrosorb™ 19474

Akrosorb™ 19474 by Akrochem is an excellent low-temperature plasticizer and softener for many synthetic elastomers, mostly NBR. It is a dry powdered dispersion of 72% tri-butoxy ethyl phosphate absorbed on synthetic calcium silicate. This grade helps in retaining high tensile strength and elongation with low hardness. It imparts flame resistance and incorporated readily in compounds. It is easy to handle and can be weighed accurately as it is available in dry powder form. In Akrosorb™ 19474, dry liquid dispersion (DLD) are a proven means of upgrading plant safety, quality and raw material control. It shows better uniformity of the mix at lower processing temperatures.
