Akroform® VS-50/EPR/P

Akroform® VS-50/EPR/P by Akrochem is a sulfur curable elastomeric dispersion in the rubber matrix. It is a non-staining, non-blooming accelerator for the EPDM compound. It provides good processing safety and medium-fast curing property. In conjunction with secondary acceleration, it offers a high degree of cross-linking and acceleration. Akroform® VS-50/EPR/P masterbatch is easy to handle polymer-bound dispersion providing better uniformity of mix at low temperature, upgrade plant safety and quality. The physical properties of vulcanization are comparable to those obtained with blooming ultra-accelerator combinations. Recommended level of typical loading is 2-4 phr, for highly loaded stocks is up to 5 phr may be used with 1.5-2.5 phr sulfur is 1 phr.
