ADD-VANCE® Cleaning (formerly: ADD-VANCE® 37)

Cleaning masterbatch. It is a ready-to-use, non-toxic additive solution designed for removing impurities from production equipment. It reacts with degraded polymers as well as residual pigments and additives, causing them to swell and loosening them from metal surfaces. ADD-VANCE® Cleaning (formerly: ADD-VANCE® 37) is cost effective and removes black spots in one or two cleaning operations which results in reduction of machine downtime. Can be processed like general thermoplastic granules, processing conditions (temperatures) do not need to be changed. Recommended for thermoplastic materials like olefins and styrenics. Used in extruders and die-systems for all film- and filament / fibres lines as well as injection- and blow molding processes.
