Acmetol T by Acmechem is a homogeniser and a general processing aid. It helps in mastication and homogenizing where a blend of polymers like NR/ PBR, NR/SBR is used in formulation. It also helps in very good dispersion of the filler in loaded compounds. It improves extrusion speed and reduces die swell. Recommended dosages is 2.0 phr in natural rubber, 2.5-3.0 phr in carbon loaded compound, 2.0-3.0 phr in microcellular sheets and inner soles. Acmetol T has a shelf life of 18 months.
