3M™ Boron Nitride Cooling Filler Flakes CFF 200-15 by 3M is powder of textured agglomerates preferred for lowest viscosity in epoxies and silicones. It is ideal as a secondary filler for the additional thermal conductivity of compounds. It has excellent heat spreading and heat transfer capabilities. It is lightweight and offers high reflectivity & electrical insulation. Exhibits low density, temperature stability, low loss factor and chemical resistance. Recommended for thermal management in advanced polymers. It provides excellent processability, high filler loadings, outstanding lubricating properties and is non-abrasive to tooling. 3M™ Boron Nitride Cooling Filler Flakes CFF 200-15 is suitable for potting resin, injection molded parts, thermoplastic, elastomer and thermoset resins. It is used in automotive, electrical-, electronic devices & components. It registered in conformance with REACH according to EC directive 1907/2006.
