Organic Pigments for Plastic Compounds

Graphtol® Red F5RK distributed by DKSH is a strong and brilliant bluish red, monoazo-based organic pigment. It exhibits very good light fastness, high transparency, and high color strength. It offers acid and alkali resistance.

• Graphtol® Red F5RK is suitable for PO, PAN fiber, and PP fiber applications.
• It is available in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.

Plasticolors® CF-70214 distributed by DKSH is a quinacridone violet pigment dispersion. It is a low viscosity, pumpable, flowable, pourable and easy to handle grade. It provides high tint strength and pigment efficiency. It is free of heavy metals, solvents and reactive monomers.

• It is dispersed in a low molecular weight unsaturated polyester resin.
• The unsaturation allows for cross-linking through double bonds as occurs in peroxide-cured polyesters or vinyl esters in the presence of a reactive monomer, such as styrene.
• In addition, the secondary hydroxyl groups provide a means to crosslink the resin with polyisocyanates.
• When cross-linked with or covalently reacted the CF resin is fully converted to a portion of the matrix solids.
• It is compatible with acrylate monomers.
• Plasticolors® CF-70214 is suitable for SMC, BMC, TMC, pultrusion, polyester cast, polymer concrete and polyester panels.
• It has a shelf life of 24 months.
• It is available in Canada.

VYNAMON™ Red 312201 distributed by DKSH is a quinacridone-based organic pigment. It exhibits very good fastness to migration, acid, alkali and light with good heat resistance.

• VYNAMON™ Red 312201 can be utilized in toys and food packaging application.
• It is recommended for PE, PP, PP fiber, PVC-u, PVC-p, PS, ABS and rubber.
• It is available in Thailand and Vietnam.

BAYPLAST® Orange TP LXS 51137 by LANXESS is a high-performance organic pigment with high weather- and light fastness for high-temperature applications. It has a reddish-casted orange shade with exceptional heat stability.

Naphthol Red B 7032C by Vibrantz Technologies (formerly Chromaflo) is naphthol red organic pigment. It is the most bluish and most transparent shade in the range of PR 170. Naphthol Red B 7032C is suitable for plastic applications. It provides very good light fastness.

Diacetanil Yellow HT 8316C by Vibrantz Technologies (formerly Chromaflo) is an organic pigment with a reddish shade. It exhibits high gloss and transparency. It offers good heat- and weather resistance and excellent light-, acid-, alkali- and solvent fastness. Diacetanil Yellow HT 8316C is recommended for plastic applications.

Phthalocyanine Blue 1501C by Vibrantz Technologies (formerly Chromaflo) is a reddish blue copper phthalocyanine organic pigment with α-modification (non-stabilized version). It offers good brightness and is suitable for PVC and rubber applications.

Phthalocyanine Green 0761C by Vibrantz Technologies (formerly Chromaflo) is a bluish copper phthalocyanine green organic pigment. It is recommended for plastic applications. It exhibits excellent acid- and alkali resistance.

Lysopac Orange 3620C by Vibrantz Technologies (formerly Chromaflo) is an orange pigment. It exhibitss very good lightfastness and an excellent dispersibility. Lysopac Orange 3620C is suitable for soft and hard PVC applications.
