BRUGGOLEN® C20P

BRUGGOLEN® C20P by Brüggemann is 17% blocked diisocyanate in caprolactam. Acts as an activator in the anionic polymerization of caprolactam. It is used along with a catalyst, BRUGGOLEN® C10. It enables the production of homogenous polyamide cast parts of a reproducible high quality with short production cycles and at low casting temperatures. The dosage level of BRUGGOLEN® C20P is 0.5 - 1.5 wt%. The shelf life of the grade is at least 12 months.

BRUGGOLEN® C10

BRUGGOLEN® C10 by Brüggemann is 17-19% sodium caprolactamate in caprolactam. Acts as a catalyst in the anionic polymerization of caprolactam. It is used along with an activator BRUGGOLEN® C20P (solid) or BRUGGOLEN® C235 (liquid). It enables the production of homogenous polyamide cast parts of a reproducible high quality with short production cycles (demolding after less than 10 minutes) and at low casting temperatures (melt: 110-140°C, mold: 130-170°C). It can be processed using cast film extrusion. The dosage level of BRUGGOLEN® C10 is 0.8 - 2.2 wt.%. The shelf life of the grade is at least 6 months.

BRUGGOLEN® P252

BRUGGOLEN® P252 by Brüggemann is a synergistic mixture of various nucleating and lubricating substances. It is a very effective crystallization accelerator for thermoplastic polyesters, inducing a very fine and homogenous crystalline structure. It is designed for use in injection molding and extrusion. It offers improved mold release, improved dimensional stability and reduction of post–shrinkage and prevention of stress cracking of finished product. Moreover, it provides improved surface gloss, less streaks and mechanical properties (increase of tensile strength and stiffness). It is suitable for processing by dry blending and compounding on twin screw extrusion machines. It is compatible with polyesters (PET and PBT). Recommended dosage level of BRUGGOLEN® P252 is 0.2-0.5%, depending on the polymer and the desired properties of the finished parts. It has a shelf life of 12 months under (closed, dry, 25°C) conditions.

ROBAC SRM102 PM60

ROBAC SRM102 PM60 distributed by DKSH is an accelerator designed for polychloroprene rubber (CR). It is a safe alternative to ethylene thiourea (ETU). Vulcanizates cured with Robac SRM102 give properties comparable to those cured with ETU.
- It can cure CR through a wide range of temperature.
- It is a specially prepared blend of Robac SRM102 nominally 60%, in a polymeric binding system with very few, misshapes or fines.
- Additionally, it can be used to cure many other rubbers including ECO, EPDM, NR and CIIR.
- Using ROBAC SRM102 PM60 it is possible to reduce the zinc oxide levels in a CR cure system without affecting the physical or rheological properties of the final vulcanizate.
