It provides increased melt viscosity, improved impact strength and increased elongation at break in glass reinforced polyamides. It offers regeneration and transformation of polyamide fiber waste to higher quality extrusion grades, applicable for common technical parts at much lower price levels. It possess no influence on the homogeneity of the polyamide melt and no formation of gel structures. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and compounding on twin screw extrusion machines. The dosage level of the grade is 0.5-2.0%, depending on the basic polyamide and the desired properties of the finished parts. The shelf life of BRUGGOLEN® M1251 is 12 months under (sealed, dry, 25°C) conditions.
