Blowing / Foaming Agents for Plastic Compounds

MJ Addifoam 43 distributed by DKSH is a highly effective endothermic foaming agent, based on citric acid. It provides very fine homogenous foam structure in PS, PP and PE articles.

• It is used in electronic and food packaging industry.
• Recommended dosage level is 0.4-2.0% for PP & PS and 0.2-1.5% for PE.
• MJ Addifoam 43 has a shelf life of 12 months.

HECO® FOAM 970 PO by HECOPLAST is a chemical, endothermic blowing and nucleating agent. It is suitable for thermoplastic polymers, including polyethylene and polypropylene in injection molding.

• Recommended dosage level is 0.5-2.0% depending on the desired properties.
• It complies with EU (regulation) No. 10/2011 and US-FDA.
• HECO® FOAM 970 PO has a shelf life of 12 months.

HECO® FOAM 940 PE by HECOPLAST is a chemical, endothermic blowing and nucleating agent. It is suitable for processing thermoplastic polymers in injection molding and extrusion.

• Recommended dosage level is 0.5-2.0% for extrusion (weight reduction), 0.2-0.5% for injection molded parts is 0.2-0.5% to avoid sink marks, 0.1-1.0% for cell regulation and nucleation.
• It complies with EU (regulation) No. 10/2011 and US-FDA.
• HECO® FOAM 940 PE has a shelf life of 12 months.

Foam masterbatch. Used as fine cell chemical blowing agent for extrusion and film. It is approved for use in contact with foodstuffs according to FDA.

VENLOFA AC60 by Syntheo is a high-efficiency foaming agent and surfactant. It is easy to handle endo & exo foaming agent compound with polymer carrier. It reduces material density while maintaining performance.

• It shows consistent gas release for uniform cellular structure.

• VENLOFA AC60 has a shelf life of 6 months.

HECO® FOAM 940 S by HECOPLAST is a chemical, endothermic blowing and nucleating agent. It is suitable for processing thermoplastic polymers such as polystyrene in injection molding, extrusion and direct gassing.

• The recommended dosage level is 0.5-2.0% for extrusion (weight reduction), 0.2-0.5% for injection molded parts to avoid sink marks, 0.1-1.0% for cell regulation and nucleation.

• It is also suitable for injection molding, extrusion and direct gassing.

HECO® FOAM 910 BIO by HECOPLAST is a chemical, endothermic blowing and nucleating agent. It is suitable for biopolymers such as polylactic acid (PLA) and polybutylene succinate (PBS) in injection molding, extrusion and direct gassing.

• Recommended dosage level is 1.0-2.0% for extrusion (weight reduction), 0.3-0.5% for injection molded parts to avoid sink marks, 0.2-1.2% for cell regulation and nucleation and 1.0-2.5% for weight reduction.
• HECO® FOAM 910 BIO has a shelf life of 12 months.

HECO® FOAM 980 PO by HECOPLAST is a chemical, endothermic blowing and nucleating agent. It is suitable for thermoplastic polymers like polyamide in injection molding. Recommended dosage level is 0.2-1.0% for sink mark reduction and 1.0-3.0% for weight reduction. HECO® FOAM 980 PO has a shelf life of 12 months.

Porofor® ADC/F-C2 by Lanxess is azodicarbonic acid diamide-based blowing agent. It offers improved free-flowing property. It is designed for the production of polymer foam.
