Neoflex™ 9155-01

Neoflex™ 9155-01 by Zylog is a low modulus, 100% recyclable TPE-based SEBS. It is a strong, flexible material that exhibits superior aesthetics and balanced mechanical properties of tensile, tear and compression set. It possesses combined properties of rubber-like softness, feel, cold & hot elasticity along with strength and melt processability of thermoplastic. It offers good fatigue-, ozone-, bases-, acids-, alcohols, water solution-, detergent-, weather-, UV-, chemical- and oil resistance. It shows translucency or vibrant colors, transparency, excellent grip with superior colorability and silky haptics along with long-term performance in comparison with thermoset rubbers and PVCs. It provides lower-weight components due to lower density and lower product cost. It is compatible with olefins, polyamides, ABS and other engineering plastics substrates. Neoflex™ 8165-01

Neoflex™ 8165-01 by Zylog is a low modulus, TPE-based SEBS. It shows translucency or vibrant colors, transparency, grip with superior colorability and silky haptics along with long-term performance in comparison with thermoset rubbers and PVCs. It provides lower-weight components due to lower density and lower product cost. It imparts high elastic recovery within a wide temperature range, excellent scratch & abrasion with low coefficient of friction, low fogging, odor and VOC. It is easy to process on standard thermoplastics processing equipment with the high flow for long & thin parts, shorter cycle times. Neoplast™ 1145-03

Neoplast™ 1145-03 by Zylog is TPV (PP/EPDM) grade offering high flexibility across different plastic processes & 100% recyclability. It possesses good UV- and chemical resistance as well as fair oil resistance. It also shows good weather-, tear-, abrasion-, ozone-, acid-, base-, alcohol-, water solution-, polar solvent-, detergent- and high-temperature resistance. It imparts balanced mechanical properties of low compression set, resiliency, flex fatigue behavior and tensile strength. It provides reduced system costs, reduction in part processing as well as lowering carbon footprint. Low fogging, odor, coefficient of friction, good colorability, surface quality and long-term heat stability are some other properties offered by this grade. It is a strong material providing excellent sealing, aesthetics, long term performance compared to thermoset rubbers and PVCs. It is processed by co-injection and co-extrusion.
