Neoplast™ 1145-03

Neoplast™ 1145-03 by Zylog is TPV (PP/EPDM) grade offering high flexibility across different plastic processes & 100% recyclability. It possesses good UV- and chemical resistance as well as fair oil resistance. It also shows good weather-, tear-, abrasion-, ozone-, acid-, base-, alcohol-, water solution-, polar solvent-, detergent- and high-temperature resistance. It imparts balanced mechanical properties of low compression set, resiliency, flex fatigue behavior and tensile strength. It provides reduced system costs, reduction in part processing as well as lowering carbon footprint. Low fogging, odor, coefficient of friction, good colorability, surface quality and long-term heat stability are some other properties offered by this grade. It is a strong material providing excellent sealing, aesthetics, long term performance compared to thermoset rubbers and PVCs. It is processed by co-injection and co-extrusion. Neoplast™ 1145-03 is designed for automotive, industrial, healthcare and medical applications.
