EPI-REZ™ Resin 3540-WY-55 by Westlake Epoxy is a 55% solids dispersion of an EPON™ Resin 1007F in water and 2-propoxyethanol. It is a non-ionic stable dispersion of high molecular weight epoxy resin. This resin is used in industrial ambient cure primers in conjunction with waterborne EPIKURE™ amine curing agents that offer quick coalescing films with short lacquer dry times. It offers good adhesion to steel or aluminum. It is compatible with a variety of aminoplast resins and stable with a wide range of solvents. The shelf life of EPI-REZ™ Resin 3540-WY-55 is one year. EPI-REZ™ Resin 3515-W-60 by Westlake Epoxy is a waterborne, non-ionic aqueous dispersion of a semi-solid bisphenol A epoxy resin. It has a moderate viscosity and is mechanically stable. This grade does not contain organic solvents. It provides wide latitude for viscosity reduction. It displays high epoxy functionality and compatibility with most latex resins & some waterborne phenolic resins. It shows good water- & chemical resistance. The shelf life of EPI-REZ™ Resin 3515-W-60 is one year. EPI-REZ™ Resin 5522-WY-55 by Westlake Epoxy is a 55% nonvolatile dispersion of a modified 1002 type epoxy resin in water and 2-propoxyethanol. This polyfunctional epoxy resin dispersion offers a high degree of chemical and corrosion protection. It exhibits good compatibility with several amine functional water reducible converters. This grade offers good paint stability, performance versatility and long-term water & humidity resistance. It displays corrosion resistance over a variety of substrates and adhesion to damp concrete. The shelf life of EPI-REZ™ Resin 5522-WY-55 is one year. EPI-REZ™ Resin WD-512 by Westlake Epoxy is a water dispersible, epoxy resin. It is specifically designed for convenient water dilution. Water dilution under agitation forms a fine particle dispersion of liquid epoxy resin in water. This dilution can be accomplished at all solids levels to meet the desired viscosity and handling characteristic. The shelf life of EPI-REZ™ Resin WD-512 is 3 years. EPI-REZ™ Resin 3522-W-60 by Westlake Epoxy is a non-ionic, aqueous dispersion of a solid epoxy resin. It is supplied at a moderate viscosity and is mechanically stable. It does not contain organic solvents. It provided for a wide latitude in viscosity reduction. The shelf life of EPI-REZ™ Resin 3522-W-60 is one year. EPI-REZ™ Resin WD-510 by Westlake Epoxy is a liquid epoxy resin specifically designed for water dilution. In combination with epoxy curing agents and dilution with water it forms resin in water emulsions. It forms uniform dispersions in water in combination with aliphatic amine curing agents, including adducts, amidoamines, polyamides, and accelerated amines. The shelf life of EPI-REZ™ Resin WD-510 is 3 years. EPI-REZ™ Resin 3520-WY-55 by Westlake Epoxy is a 55% solids dispersion of an EPON™ Resin 1001F in water and 2-propoxyethanol. When combined with suitable curing agents, it offers the potential for high performance aqueous systems. It displays high gloss, and mechanical stability. It is compatible with various solvents and curing agents. The shelf life of EPI-REZ™ Resin 3520-WY-55 is one year. EPI-REZ™ Resin 6520-WH-53 by Westlake Epoxy is 53% solids, non-ionic aqueous dispersion of a modified EPON™ Resin 1001 type solid epoxy resin. This non-flammable resin contains a low level of solvent (acetone and propylene glycol monomethyl ether). It exhibits good compatibility with many water-reducible amine curing agents. It offers mechanical stability, very low odor and ultra-low VOC. In combination with EPIKURE™ Curing Agent 6870-W-53, it offers very good gloss & aesthetics and very good corrosion- & water resistance. The shelf life of EPI-REZ™ Resin 6520-WH-53 is one year. EPI-REZ™ Resin 5003-W-55 by Westlake Epoxy is a non-ionic aqueous dispersion of a polyfunctional aromatic epoxy resin with an average functionality of three. It displays maximum chemical and solvent resistance and/or elevated temperature service. The shelf life of EPI-REZ™ Resin 5003-W-55 is one year. EPI-REZ™ Resin 3546-WH-53 by Westlake Epoxy is a low VOC, non-HAPS, 53% solids dispersion of EPON™ Resin 1007 in water and methoxy propanol (PM). This physically stable non-ionic resin dispersion is crosslinked with an appropriate resole, melamine, UF resin, dicyanamide or other curative, thermoset finishes are obtained. It displays good adhesion to metal & glass. It is compatible with a variety of phenolic and aminoplast resins. The shelf life of EPI-REZ™ Resin 3546-WH-53 is one year.
