POLYSTYRENE CRYSTAL 1960N is a water insoluble, non-lubricated, high heat resistance, low viscosity, high flow polystyrene grade. Exhibits mild odor. Suitable for the production of thick insulation board with gases such as CO<SUB>2</SUB> and HFC. Applications include compounds, masterbatches and XPS. Complies with REACH, TSCA, ENCS, AICS, KECI, PICCS, IECSC and DSL. Incompatible with strong acids, strong bases, strong oxidizing agents and halogens. POLYSTYRENE CRYSTAL 1340 is a water insoluble, high molecular weight crystal polystyrene grade. Exhibits mild odor. Allows maximum dilution rates with high impact polystyrene grades such as POLYSTYRENE IMPACT 7240. In dilution, POLYSTYRENE CRYSTAL 1340 gives excellent processing in both extrusion and thermoforming with good finished product showing dimensional stability and mechanical properties. It can be processed using injection molding. Applications for POLYSTYRENE CRYSTAL 1340 include trays & small boxes, housewares, healthcare products, electrical appliances, white goods, media & jewel boxes, corrugated sheets, technical parts, compounds & masterbatches, food & beverage packaging, housewares, appliances, cups, trays by direct gassing (in line thermoforming), dairy sheets, CD boxes, toys, office equipments and eggs boxes. Incompatible with strong acids, strong bases, strong oxidizing agents and halogens. POLYSTYRENE CRYSTAL 1160 is a water insoluble, high heat resistance, high molecular weight polystyrene grade. Exhibits mild odor. It can be processed using extrusion. Suitable for the production of bi-oriented polystyrene (BOPS). Offers expanded sheets with high mechanical properties. Applications include foamed packaging, trays & small boxes, healthcare grades, white goods, corrugated sheets, technical parts, compounds & masterbatches, shower screens, high heat resistant & hot-fill thermoformed products (when used in dilution with POLYSTYRENE IMAPCT 7240), transparent cups, XPS, sheet for food & beverage packaging, healthcare, appliances, general packaging, technical parts and insulation board (direct gassing). Complies with REACH, TSCA, ENCS, AICS, KECI, PICCS, IECSC and DSL. Incompatible with strong acids, strong bases, strong oxidizing agents and halogens. POLYSTYRENE CRYSTAL 1810 is a water insoluble, very easy flow polystyrene grade. Exhibits mild odor. It can be processed using co-extrusion and injection molding. Applications include injection food packaging, housewares, white goods, technical parts, compounds & masterbatches, food & beverage packaging, appliances, transparent boxes, office equipments (tape dispensers, pen bodies and capping layer for various articles), internal parts for refrigerators, toys and games. Complies with REACH, TSCA, ENCS, AICS, KECI, PICCS, IECSC and DSL. Incompatible with strong acids, strong bases, strong oxidizing agents and halogens. POLYSTYRENE CRYSTAL 1450N is a water insoluble, low viscosity, non-lubricated, easy flowing, high heat resistance polystyrene grade. Exhibits mild odor. Suitable for the production of insulation board at high thicknesses combining low density with good mechanical properties. Applications include foamed packaging, compounds & masterbatches, XPS and food & beverage packaging. Complies with REACH, TSCA, ENCS, AICS, KECI, PICCS, IECSC and DSL. Incompatible with strong acids, strong bases, strong oxidizing agents and halogens. POLYSTYRENE CRYSTAL 1540 is a water insoluble, easy flow polystyrene grade. Exhibits mild odor. It can be processed using extrusion and injection molding. Applications include trays & small boxes, housewares, healthcare products, white goods, media & jewel boxes, corrugated sheets, technical parts, compounds & masterbatches, food & beverage packaging, appliances, crates & boxes, general packaging, dairy sheet, cups (dilution with impact polystyrene), injection (boxes, office equipment - e.g. filing trays, CD boxes, pen bodies, internal fridge parts), toys and cups. Complies with REACH, TSCA, ENCS, AICS, KECI, PICCS, IECSC and DSL. Incompatible with strong acids, strong bases, strong oxidizing agents and halogens.
