Lumicene® Supertough 18AST05 by TotalEnergies is a metallocene polyethylene (mPE) grade. It brings a huge down-gauging potential in the film market and provides a breakthrough in blown film bubble stability. It is suitable for processing by blown film extrusion. It offers excellent processability and very high toughness-stability balance allowing new innovative multilayer film concepts. Lumicene® Supertough 18AST05 does not contain any polymer processing aid based on perfluoroalkyl substance (PFAS). Lumicene® Supertough 16AST15 by TotalEnergies is a metallocene polyethylene (mPE) grade. It is suitable for processing by blown film extrusion. It offers excellent processability and very high toughness-stability balance allowing new innovative multilayer film concepts. It brings a huge down-gauging potential in the film market and easy incorporation in multilayer blown film structures. Lumicene® Supertough 16AST15 does not contain any polymer processing aid based on perfluoroalkyl substance (PFAS). Lumicene® Supertough 40AST05 by TotalEnergies is a metallocene polyethylene (mPE) grade. It exhibits excellent balance of stiffness, toughness, processability and aesthetics. It is suitable for processing by blown film extrusion. It brings a huge down-gauging potential in the film market especially for the collation shrink application. It can also be used in many other multilayer applications to bring the desired properties needed to down-gauge. Lumicene® Supertough 40AST05 does not contain any polymer processing aid based on perfluoroalkyl substance (PFAS). Lumicene® Supertough 12AST05 by TotalEnergies is a supertough, metallocene based very low linear density polyethylene (VLLDPE) grade. It offers good sealing behavior, excellent mechanical and optical properties.<br>

It contains hexene as a comonomer. It has a low gel level and offers excellent sealing behavior at low temperature. It can be processed at high output rates with low extrusion pressure, excellent bubble stability and gauge control in comparison with conventional LLDPE and first generation metallocene based polyethylene. It is especially dedicated to film applications where outstanding mechanical and optical properties are required. Suitable for lamination film, blown stretch film, deep-freeze packaging and FFS bags. Applications for Lumicene® M1820 EP include blown (non-, consumer-, secondary- and industrial) packaging and non-, primary-, secondary-, food- and industrial packaging films. It fulfills harmonized requirements on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food as described in the Regulation (EU) 10/2011 amended up to the Regulation (EU) 2015/ 174. Lumicene® M6823MZ by Total Refining and Chemicals is a metallocene isotactic polypropylene (PP) random copolymer grade. Shows narrow molecular weight distribution than conventional polypropylene. Recommended for injection molding and due to its unique and interesting properties other applications may exist. Lumicene® M6823MZ is used in staple fibers and floor coverings. Lumicene® M3423UV Black is a water insoluble metallocene based medium density polyethylene grade. Contains hexene as a comonomer. Exhibits superior mechanical properties, improved dimensional stability and easy processing. It can be processed using rotomolding. Suitable for monolayer and multi-layer with foam technology. Applications include automotives. Fulfills harmonized requirements on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food as described in the Regulation (EU) 10/2011 amended up to the Regulation (EU) 2015/174 and its application into national laws. Lumicene® M3583UV Black is a water insoluble metallocene based medium density polyethylene grade. Contains hexene as a comonomer. Exhibits superior mechanical properties, improved dimensional stability and easy processing. It can be processed using rotomolding. Suitable for monolayer and multi-layer with foam technology. Applications include automotives. Fulfills harmonized requirements on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food as described in the Regulation (EU) 10/2011 amended up to the Regulation (EU) 2015/174 and its application into national laws. Lumicene® mPE M3583 UV is a second generation metallocene medium density polyethylene (mMDPE) grade with hexene as the comonomer. Shows specific molecular structure which ensures superior mechanical properties, outstanding optical properties (gloss), improved dimensional stability and allows easy processing. It is formulated for applications requiring UV stability and rotomolded items.
