Ecouse TORAYCON™ by Toray is a chemically recycled polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) resin made by depolymerizing and repolymerizing scrap from manufacturing processes. It helps in lower carbon dioxide emissions during material production and offers the same performance properties as virgin materials. It shows equivalent material properties, moldability, and quality stability. Ecouse TORAYCON™ aims to contribute to a carbon-neutral, circular economy in the automotive industry and is used in automotive wire harness connectors.
