TORAYCON® 1101G-30 by Toray is polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Exhibits high crystallization rate, outstanding surface gloss, superior dimensional stability and low water absorption. Offers excellent chemical-, abrasion- and wear resistance. Possesses high flowability, excellent electrical, anti-creep- and anti-fatigue properties. It can be processed using injection molding. TORAYCON® 1101G-30 is recommended for applications like digital home appliance, generic component and living ware, housing equipment, automobile and electronic parts. Complies with UL 94 HB flame rating. TORAYCON® 1101H by Toray is a specially used polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) alloy reinforced with 40% mineral. Exhibits good appearance, high crystallization rate, outstanding surface gloss and superior dimensional stability. Provides low water absorption, excellent chemical-, abrasion- and wear resistance. Possesses high flowability, excellent electrical, anti-creep and anti-fatigue properties. It can be processed by injection molding.
