STYREX® 1016FM by Synbra Technology is a white colored, 100% HBCD (hexabromocyclododecane) free, flame retardant, expandable polystyrene (EPS) containing pentane as expansion agent. Is insoluble in water and soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, halogenated solvents & ketones. Can be processed using foaming. Is recommended for production of expanded foam blocks, shape molding and thick walled block molding applications. Other possible applications include roof insulation, floor insulation, wall insulation, foundation frameworks and landfills. STYREX® 1016FM complies with EC Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 (REACH), 1272/2008 (CLP), Regulation (EU) No 453/2010 and DIN4102/B1/B2.

STYREX® 607RC by Synbra Technology is a white colored, durable, lightweight, expandable polystyrene (EPS) containing pentane as expansion agent. Exhibits good energy absorption and compression resistance. Is insoluble in water and soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, halogenated solvents & ketones. Can be processed using foaming. STYREX® 607RC is recommended for production of expanded foam moldings, shape molding and block molding applications with wall thickness > 6mm. Other possible applications include safety helmets, child car seats, air conditioning units, boiler casing, bath panels, automotive components, lighting, pharmaceutical sector and horticulture. Complies with EC Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 (REACH), 1272/2008 (CLP), Regulation (EU) No 453/2010.
