STYREX® 1619FM by Synbra Technology is a white colored, 100% HBCD (hexabromocyclododecane) free, flame retardant, expandable polystyrene (EPS) containing pentane as expansion agent. Is insoluble in water and soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, halogenated solvents & ketones. Can be processed using foaming. Is recommended for production of expanded foam blocks, shape molding, thick walled block molding applications and impact sound insulation boards. Other possible applications include roof insulation, floor insulation, wall insulation, foundation frameworks and landfills. STYREX® 1619FM complies with EC Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 (REACH), 1272/2008 (CLP), Regulation (EU) No 453/2010 and DIN4102/B1/B2.
