Halar® 6014 is a clear semi-crystalline, flame retardant ethylene chlorotrifluoroethylene copolymer. Is melt-processable fluorinated resin designed for electrostatic powder coatings. Halar® 6014 is recommended as a topcoat in protection and anti-corrosion coating applications. Halar® 300DA by Solvay is an ethylene chlorotrifluoroethylene copolymer. Is suitable for processing by extrusion. Possesses medium viscosity, outstanding chemical resistance, low permeability, excellent weatherability, good abrasion resistance, excellent fire resistance properties, durability, purity and surface smoothness. Halar® ECTFE films exhibits significantly lower permeation rate to water vapor than ETFE, good release properties, UV stability and are optically clear with more than 90% transmission of light in the visible spectrum.
