Algoflon® D 2512 F by Syensqo is a PFOA-free, aqueous, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dispersion. Exhibits no polyethoxylated alkylphenols, excellent wetting and high shear stability. Offers excellent film forming behavior, high gloss and low friction. Shows resistance to chemical and high heat. It is designed for impregnation processes. Algoflon® D 2512 F is recommended for the production of fabrics and laminates. Other possible applications include food packaging, architectural building and construction films, oil & fuel circuit for automotive industry, textile and fibers for consumer goods. Algoflon® D 3511 F by Syensqo is a PFOA-free, aqueous, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dispersion. Exhibits excellent surface finish and low friction. Offers excellent gloss, no polyethoxylated alkylphenols, good film forming behaviour, good shear stability and good wetting properties. Shows chemical- and high heat resistance. Algoflon® D 3511 F is used for impregnation. Other possible applications include automotive, consumer goods, food packaging, textile & fibers, building and construction. Algoflon® F 5 by Syensqo is a fine cut polytetrafluoroetylene (PTFE) homopolymer containing an additive. It is available as white, granular and non-free flowing powder. Exhibits good chemical resistance, narrow particle size distribution, good blendability and low porosity. Recommended for compounds with glass fiber which allows good degassing during the sintering process. Algoflon® F 5 complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 regulations. Algoflon® F 5/S by Syensqo is an additive-containing, fine cut polytetrafluoroetylene (PTFE) homopolymer. It is available as white, granular and non-free flowing powder. Exhibits good chemical resistance, high bulk density, excellent blendability, optimun isotropic properties, high tensile strength, elongation at break, mechanical and electrical properties. Designed for production of compounds and it is recommended for use with high filler content. Algoflon® F 5/S complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 regulations. Algoflon® L600 by Syensqo is a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) grade.
It is produced from dispersion polymerization comprising loose agglomerates of sub-micron sized primary particles. Exhibits excellent dispersion, gloss retention, reduced blocking, increased slip and lubrication. Shows increased temperature-, abrasion-, scratch-, rub- and chemical resistance. It improves non-stick properties and mar resistance. Algoflon® L600 is possibly used in automotive electrical & transmission systems, buildings & construction, consumer goods (brown & white goods), non-food & food packaging, electrical components, home & mobile electronics, display, water treatment system, medical wearable devices, pipes & tubes for oil and gas applications. Algoflon® F 7 by Syensqo is a fine cut polytetrafluoroetylene (PTFE) homopolymer containing an additive. It is available as white, granular and non-free flowing powder. Exhibits good chemical resistance, high bulk density, optimun isotropic properties, excellent surface finish, skivability, blendability, mechanical and electrical properties. Designed for processing by compression molding and it is recommended for large billets for low thickness skived tapes down to 1 mil (25µm). Algoflon® F 7 complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 regulations. Algoflon® D 2711 F by Syensqo is a PFOA-free, aqueous, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dispersion, containing an anionic non-fluorinated dispersant. Provides storage and handling stability. It can be easily coagulated with appropriate ingredients/ fillers into a wet, processable mush. Offers low friction, chemical- and high heat resistance. Algoflon® D 2711 F is designed for the production of bearings, impregnation and seals. Other possible applications include automotive transmission systems. Algoflon® DF 330 by Syensqo is polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) grade. It is produced without any intentional use or addition of PFOA. Designed for paste extrusion in low reduction (RR) range. Used for manufacturing of tapes for wrapping and as additive in plastics for improving anti-dripping behavior. Exhibits excellent green strength, wrapping behavior, low permeability, good weldability, optimum electrical properties and good anti-dripping effect. Provides good chemical resistance, wettability, good processability, thermal stability and low friction. Algoflon® DF 330 is used for automotive, aerospace, electrical and electronic applications. Also used for tubing, industrial, wire and cable applications. Algoflon® S 121 by Syensqo is a polytetrafluoroetylene (PTFE) homopolymer containing an additive. It is available as white, granular and non-free flowing powder. Exhibits good chemical resistance, high bulk density, tensile strength, large particle size, good flowability, blendability and mechanical properties. Designed for processing by compression, isostatic and sheet molding. Algoflon® S 121 is recommended for molding complex shapes and complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 regulations. Algoflon® D 1610 F by Syensqo is a PFOA-free, aqueous, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dispersion. Exhibits no polyethoxylated alkylphenols, very good wetting, good shear stability and excellent anti-dripping effect. Offers low friction, chemical- and high heat resistance. Algoflon® D 1610 F is designed for additivation of plastics, impregnation and flame retardant formulations. Other possible applications include brown and white consumer goods, non-food packaging, displays, electrical components, smart devices, wearable medical devices, home and mobile electronics.
