Simpact® 60A by Smooth-On is a low odor, tough, fast setting polyurethane elastomer grade. It is a phthalate free, mercury free and MOCA free resin. It is a mixed 1A:1B solution by volume and can be poured easily. Offers very high tear strength, good impact and wear resistance. It can be colored with SO-Strong® or Ignite® colorants. It has a working time of 4 minutes, 2 hours handling time and full cure time of 48 hours at room temperature. Simpact® 60A is suitable for prototypes and display pieces. Cured rubber exhibits exceptional performance characteristics and dimensional stability.
Solaris® by Smooth-On is an ultra-transparent, low viscosity, clear, colorless liquid platinum cure silicone rubber. It does not contains any solvents and volatile organic compounds (VOC’s). It can be cured in deep sections or enclosed assemblies without exotherm. Offers protection against shock, vibration, moisture, ozone, dust, chemicals and other environmental hazards. Provides excellent electrical insulation, easy flow, excellent UV resistance and hydrolytic stability. Can be used in high humidity environments and at elevated temperatures. Suitable for potting solar cells for maximum light transmission or electronic assemblies where component identification is required. Solaris® by Smooth-On is mixed 1A:1B solution by volume or weight.

Simpact® 85A by Smooth-On is suitable for prototypes and display pieces. Cured rubber exhibits exceptional performance characteristics and dimensional stability.
