It offers good reactivity and fluidity. It is compatible with tackifying resins and waxes. It is suitable for hot melt adhesive formulations. It can be processed by extrusion. LOTADER® 5500 has a shelf life of 2 years. LOTADER® 6200 by SK Functional Polymer is random terpolymer of ethylene, acrylic ester and maleic anhydride. It is polymerized by high-pressure autoclave process. It is compatible with tackifying resins and waxes. LOTADER® 6200 is suitable for hot melt adhesive formulations. It can be processed by extrusion. It offers good reactivity and fluidity. The shelf life of the product is 2 years. LOTADER® TX8030 by SK Functional Polymer is random terpolymer of ethylene, acrylic ester and maleic anhydride. It is polymerized by high-pressure autoclave process. It is recommended as an adhesive for extrusion coating or lamination. It offers improved adhesion of LDPE on aluminium foils, metallized or primerized films. It can be used in metallized plastics, paper, board, PE and some plastic films like BOPP. It is suitable as a coextrusion tie layer for PE/PA in extrusion coating process. LOTADER® TX8030 has a shelf life of 2 years. LOTADER® AX8700 by SK Functional Polymer is reactive random terpolymer of ethylene, butyl acrylate and glycidyl methacrylate (epoxide function). It is produced by high-pressure polymerization process. It shows reactivity with -OH, -COOH, -NH2 & -SH. It exhibits adhesion to metallic surface. It offers good thermal stability, flexibilization and impact modification. It is recommended for thermoplastic polyesters (PBT/PET/PC) and their alloys (PC/PBT), polyphenylene sulfides (PPS) and polyolefin blends (PET/PO, PBT/PO). It can be processed by extrusion. It is bitumen performance enhancer. LOTADER® AX8700 has a shelf life of 2 years. LOTADER® AX8750 by SK Functional Polymer is reactive random terpolymer of ethylene, butyl acrylate and glycidyl methacrylate (epoxide function). It is produced by high-pressure polymerization process. It shows reactivity with -OH, -COOH, -NH2 & -SH. It exhibits adhesion to metallic surface. It offers good thermal stability, flexibilization and impact modification. LOTADER® AX8750 can be processed by extrusion. It can be processed by extrusion. It offers reactivity, fluidity and good compatibility with tackifying resins & waxes. LOTADER® HX8290 has a shelf life of 2 years. LOTADER® LX4110 by SK Functional Polymer is random terpolymer of ethylene, acrylic ester and maleic anhydride. It is polymerized by high-pressure autoclave process. It is recommended as an adhesive for extrusion coating or lamination. It offers improved adhesion of LDPE on aluminium foils, metallized or primerized films. It can be used in metallized plastics, paper, board, PE and some plastic films like BOPP. It is suitable as a coextrusion tie layer for PE/PA in extrusion coating process. The shelf life of LOTADER® LX4110 is 2 years. LOTADER® AX8900 by SK Functional Polymer is random terpolymer of ethylene, acrylic ester and glycidyl methacrylate. It can be polymerized by high-pressure autoclave process. It offers softness and polarity, while keeping high thermal stability during processing. The high content of acrylic ester leads to high flexibility (low crystallinity) and high impact absorption behavior. It provides good reactivity with OH, COOH and NH2 groups that leads to optimal dispersion during melt mixing with engineering thermoplastics. It can be processed by extrusion. It is compatible with LDPE in all proportions, and with almost all other ethylene co-polymers. It exhibits good adhesion on PET, PBT, PPS, metal, paper, and glass. The shelf life of LOTADER® AX8900 is 2 years. LOTADER® 4403 by SK Functional Polymer is random terpolymer of ethylene, acrylic ester and maleic anhydride. It is polymerized by high-pressure autoclave process. It can be used as an adhesive for extrusion coating lamination (film, tile, foil) and extrusion coating of LDPE/tie/PA/tie onto paper or films. LOTADER® 4403 provides excellent adhesion to various substrates and bonds to PE, paper, board, metallized films and corona treated PE, OPP, CPP and OPA films. The shelf life of the product is 2 years.
