ESD 2184 EM by RTP Company is an electrically conductive polyether imide (PEI) grade by RTP Company, reinforced with 25% carbon fiber. ESD 2184 EM is suitable for processing by injection molding. ESD C 1200 T-70D is also suitable for tool grips, housing overmold, mandrels for hose production, seals for pumping & dispensing systems, grommets, mounting pads for vibration dampening, stationary & handheld work lights, instrument housings, electronic part handling totes, fittings & components for fuel dispensers, conveyor rollers and guides. ESD 300 EM TFE 15 by RTP Company is a lubricated polycarbonate (PC) grade reinforced with 10% glass fiber and 10% polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). It provides easy molding, excellent impact strength and good electrical properties. It exhibits heat release, colorability, good creep resistance, toughness, dimensional stability, low fatigue endurance and high heat resistance. It offers electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection and static dissipative compatibility. It is stable to water, mineral and organic acids, partially soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons and soluble in chlorinated compounds. It can be processed using injection molding. ESD 300 EM TFE 15 is recommended for automotive, healthcare, electrical & electronics and industrial applications. ESD 300 EM TFE 15 is used in housings, fittings and components for fuel dispensers, conveyor rollers & guides, inhalation devices, ECG sensors & other bioelectrical components, pipette tips, sterilization cases, fuel system connectors, filler necks, fuel valves & filters, bexels for electronics and electro-static painting. ESD 302 EM FR by RTP Company reinforced with 10% carbon fiber. Exhibits increased electrical conductivity. ESD 302 EM FR is suitable for processing by injection molding. Possible applications include automotive, healthcare, electrical, electronics, industrial and energy. Meets UL 94 HB flame rating. ESD 300 EM by RTP Company is a polycarbonate (PC) grade. It offers electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection and static dissipative compatibility. It provides easy molding, excellent impact strength and good electrical properties. It exhibits heat release, colorability, good creep resistance, toughness, dimensional stability, low fatigue endurance and high heat resistance.
