ALCUDIA® 2321FS by Repsol is a low-density polyethylene grade, produced by high-pressure autoclave technology, suitable for thin-blown film applications. It contains slip (erucamide), antioxidant, anti-block and antistatic additives. It offers easy processability and a good balance of mechanical and optical properties. It possesses excellent heat and chemical resistance as well as good impact strength. ALCUDIA® 2321FS is recommended for high-quality packaging films, packaging of foods, paper and textiles. ALCUDIA® 2212FA by Repsol is a low-density polyethylene grade, produced by high-pressure autoclave technology, suitable for blown film applications. It contains antioxidant and anti-block additives. It offers easy processability and good balance of mechanical and optical properties. ALCUDIA® 2212FA is recommended for thin shrink film, carrier-bag films, pouches refuse sacks and general packaging film. ALCUDIA® R4805D1 by Repsol is a low melt flow rate high density polyethylene with medium molecular weight distribution. Contains slip and offers an optimum balance between mechanical and processing properties. Possesses excellent heat and chemical resistance as well as good impact strength. Designed for extrusion applications like stretched tapes production based on blown film. ALCUDIA® R4805D1 gives flexible tapes with high tenacity and low fibrillation tendency suitable for high speed textile lines like Iso Mayer textile applications, Raschel knitted and woven fabrics, Twines and ropes. Complies with REACH and European regulations. ALCUDIA® 1970M by Repsol is low density polyethylene grade of medium fluidity with good- mechanical and flow properties. It possesses excellent heat and chemical resistance as well as good impact strength. ALCUDIA® 1970M is designed for injection molding applications like caps, closures, medium to large sized industrial parts and components. Complies with REACH and European regulations. ALCUDIA® C220N by Repsol is a high molecular weight, high density polyethylene black compound. Contains well dispersed carbon black and antioxidant in order to ensure UV radiation resistance and thermal ageing respectively. Offers excellent heat and chemical resistance as well as good impact strength. The outstanding feature of this product is its mechanical properties, excellent outdoor weather resistance and very good processability combined with very low shrinkage and high resistance to cracking. ALCUDIA® C220N by Repsol is designed for black jacketing of power and telecommunication (optical fiber) cables. Complies with ISO 1872 PE KHC 40/45 D003/006; ASTM D 1248 III, C4, Grade J5; VDE 0207 Teil3 2YM1, REACH and European regulations. ALCUDIA® IMB UV2000 by Repsol is a concentrate of additives in low density polyethylene. Contains a combination of the last generation HALS and low rate migration UV absorber along with antioxidants. Offers excellent heat and chemical resistance as well as good impact strength. Possesses UV and thermal resistance. Designed for extrusion process. ALCUDIA® IMB UV2000 designed to produce films for greenhouses, tunnel covers and for geographical areas where the maximum solar radiation is 160 kLy and 100 kLy. Complies with REACH. ALCUDIA® T40N by Repsol is low-density polyethylene black compound produced in a high-pressure tubular process. The combination of the antioxidant system and a minimum of 2.0 % well-dispersed carbon black used provides excellent protection against thermal oxidation during processing and good long-term thermal stability and UV resistance. It offers good mechanical properties, good resistance to internal pressures and easy processing. It possesses excellent heat- and chemical-resistance and good impact strength. ALCUDIA® T40N is designed for the extrusion of pressure pipes for potable water, black pipes for potable water distribution under pressure, black pipes for micro-irrigation under pressure, water conduit piping and irrigation piping. Complies with REACH and European regulations. ALCUDIA® 6006L by Repsol is HDPE copolymer of hexene with medium molecular weight. It contains thermal stabilizers and antioxidants. It shows excellent behavior in extrusion and sterilization process. It possesses high impact strength and excellent stiffness. It offers good viscoelastic behavior thats allows an easy recovering of the mold-shape after the sterilization process and storage. It is suitable for processing by blow molding. ALCUDIA® 6006L recommended for packaging for dairy products and other foods. ALCUDIA® 5703L by Repsol is high-density polyethylene polymer with medium molecular weight. It contains thermal stabilizers. It is suitable for blow molding-extrusion method. It is recommended for aseptic filled milk bottles. It is used as packaging for dairy products and other foods. ALCUDIA® 5703L complies with REACH and European regulations.
