It gives a good compromise between stiffness and impact strength, low warpage and shrinkage behaviour. ISPLEN® PM366 AV is used in automotive interior panels, pillars, exterior savers and technical pieces, in general. ISPLEN® PB 150 G1F by Repsol is a medium fluidity heterophasic ethylene-propylene copolymer. Provides good balance of properties which are excellent impact strength, good stiffness, low gel level, good clarity films and easy processability. Offers good resistance to abrasion, hinge deformation and low moisture permeability. Designed for non-oriented film extrusion processes, cast or tubular quench applications like single layer films, core-layer in co-extruded cast films, packaging of foodstuffs and non-food stuffs, stationery packaging, consumer applications and appliance industries. ISPLEN® PB 150 G1F by Repsol complies with REACH, European regulations and CLP. ISPLEN® PR210T312 by Repsol is a random ethylene-propylene copolymer with a high molecular weight. It provides easy processability and contains a specific formulation for high thermal stability and water extraction purposes. It offers good resistance to abrasion, hinge deformation and low moisture permeability. ISPLEN® PR210T312 is recommended for extrusion applications like cold and hot water pressure pipe. It provides optimum processing in fiber lines of high speed and large production capacity (BCF/CF and spunbond). It offers resistance to “gas fading” coloration, suitable for protecting the polymer during the extrusion process and final use. ISPLEN® PP 091 Y1E is used in hygienic nonwovens in spunbond lines of the latest generation ISPLEN® PP089Y1E by Repsol is high melt flow rate polypropylene (PP) homopolymer with a narrow molecular weight distribution. It offers good resistance to abrasion, hinge deformation and low moisture permeability. ISPLEN® PP089Y1E is designed for extrusion of staple fibre and blown cast film. Specially recommended for technical and hygienic nonwovens in spunbond lines. Complies with REACH, European regulations and CLP. ISPLEN® PR210T757 by Repsol is a random ethylene-propylene copolymer with a high molecular weight. ISPLEN® PC470AS by Repsol is a polypropylene homopolymer compound with 40% calcium carbonate. Possesses high- impact strength, melt flow rate and stiffness. Exhibits good surface gloss, medium rigidity, low- warpage and shrinkage behaviour. Has antistatic characteristics. Offers good resistance to abrasion, hinge deformation and low moisture permeability. ISPLEN® PC470AS designed for applications like garden furniture, toys, household, etc. Complies with REACH, European regulations and CLP.
