Redco™ SPS 2000 by Redwood Plastics offers good wear, low coefficient of friction, high dimensional stability, broad hardness range, high flex life and performs from -80°F to +200°F. Typical applications include wear strips, channel, liners, chip and sawdust bin liners and flights. Redco™ ACETAL HOMOPOLYMER by Redwood Plastics is an acetal homopolymer. Exhibits good stiffness, low coefficient of friction, dimensional stability, easy machinability, strength, thermostability and transparency. It withstands environments with a constant temperature upto 230°F. Redco™ ACETAL HOMOPOLYMER by Redwood Plastics is suitable for food and beverage industrial applications. Complies with UL 94 flame ratings. Redco™ UHMW-PE NATURAL VIRGIN by Redwood Plastics is a ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. Offers high impact strength, machinability, low surface friction with high wear- and corrosion resistance. It reduces material hang ups and increases material flow. Typical applications include Wear strip, channel, diverter arms, bearing blocks, scraper blades, wear rails, star wheels, chute liners, hopper liners, bunk pads, slider blocks, low pressure gears, light duty pulleys, dock fenders/ pads, metal detector troughs, trimmer lugs, sprockets, conveyor flights, wear shoes/ guides, forklift hose sheaves, skate wheels, rollers, hold down wheels, slides and cutting boards. It is a FDA and USDA approved grade. Redco™ TUFFKAST 015 by Redwood Plastics is a liquid lubricant thermoplastic grade reinforced with 15% oil. Exhibits low moisture absorption, low coefficient of friction, high dimensional stability, performance, wear- and abrasion resistance. Shows a combination of strength and resilience with rigidity. It can withstand shock, vibration, loads upto 4000 psi and it can be used in marine applications. It is recommended for dock fenders/pads, valve seals, sprockets, bushings, sheaves, washers, spacers, insulators, clevis pins, ring gears, barker parts, canter parts, carriage parts, gland bushings, chip-n-saw parts, forklift mast slides, log handling parts, bushings for cylinders and tubes. Complies with UL 94 V2 flame ratings. Redco™ HIGH IMPACT by Redwood Plastics is a strong, light weight, acrylic cast sheet grade available in transparent, translucent and opaque colours or colourless sheets. Exhibits outstanding optical clarity, high impact, beauty, resistance to weather, chemicals, shatter- and bullet. Offers high optical characteristics, low stress levels and it won’t yellow with exposure to the sun. It can be easily cut, drilled, cemented, polished, formed or molded to the most exact specifications. Designed for processing by cast sheet extrusion. Redco™ ACRYLIC CAST SHEET by Redwood Plastics is a strong, light weight, acrylic cast sheet grade available in transparent, translucent and opaque colours or colourless sheets. Shows high impact values, a combination of strength, resilience with rigidity and it can withstand shock, vibration- and loads up to 4000 psi. Used for harsh environments where excessive weight, shock and impact are factors. Redco™ TUFFKAST is recommended for wear plates, dock fenders/pads, valve seals, sprockets, bearings, bushings, sheaves, washers, spacers, insulators, clevis pins, ring gears, barker parts, canter parts, carriage parts, gland bushings, sliding bearings, chip-n-saw parts, forklift mast slides, log handling parts, bushings for cylinders and tubes. Complies with UL 94 V2 flame ratings. Redco™ TUFFKAST 010 by Redwood Plastics is a thermoplastic grade containing a solid lubricant. It exhibits excellent dimensional stability and superior impact values. This grade possesses a combination of strength and resilience resulting in a high-performance plastic that offers excellent wear and abrasion resistance with rigidity and minimal water absorption. It is ideal for harsh environments where excessive weight, water saturation, abrasion, shock and impact are factors. Redco™ TUFFKAST 010 combines the impact resistance of polyurethane with the wear resistance of a solid lubricant to give the result of the longest lasting material for aggressive industrial applications. It is used for dynamic friction applications which are subjected to extreme stress and impact such as bearing blocks, torsion couplings and wear strips.
