Redco™ TUFFKAST 015 by Redwood Plastics is a liquid lubricant thermoplastic grade reinforced with 15% oil. Exhibits low moisture absorption, low coefficient of friction, high dimensional stability, performance, wear- and abrasion resistance. Shows a combination of strength and resilience with rigidity. It can withstand shock, vibration, loads upto 4000 psi and it can be used in marine applications. It is recommended for dock fenders/pads, valve seals, sprockets, bushings, sheaves, washers, spacers, insulators, clevis pins, ring gears, barker parts, canter parts, carriage parts, gland bushings, chip-n-saw parts, forklift mast slides, log handling parts, bushings for cylinders and tubes. Complies with UL 94 V2 flame ratings.
