RE3000LT is a non-ammonia, non-foaming and non-abrasive concentrated purging grade by RapidPurge. Exhibits dispersion of active ingredients, low smoke or fume emission and chemical- & mechanical properties. Is cost-effective, thermally activated and offers softening chemistry to soften polymer structure and lower viscosity of resident resin. RE3000LT is used in injection, extrusion and blow molding applications. Recommended to purge downstream equipments like hot runner tools and dies. Formulated for low viscosity/soft resin purging up to 450°F. Meets FDA and GRAS.
