RE5540 by RapidPurge is a non-ammonia, non-foaming and non-abrasive premix purging grade. Exhibits dispersion of active ingredients, low smoke or fume emission and chemical- & mechanical properties. Is thermally activated and offers softening chemistry to soften polymer structure and lower viscosity of resident resin. RE5540 is used in injection, extrusion and blow molding applications. Recommended to purge downstream equipments like hot runner tools and dies. Formulated for high viscosity/stiffness resins and/or high temperature purging up to 725°F. Meets FDA and GRAS.

MP1000HT by RapidPurge is a general purpose, PE based purging pre-mix grade, containing heat-activated foaming pellets. Provides purging of low/negative flow areas. Exhibits enhanced scrubbing, soft polishing, no dwell time in machine and no change in temperature or viscosity requirements. MP1000HT is used in injection, extrusion and blow molding applications. Is formulated for high viscosity/stiffness resins and high temperature purging up to 725°F.
